Phyllis B. Lynes, resident of East Palatka, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday morning in the loving care of her husband, Richard (Rick) Lynes.
Phyllis was a loving and faithful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed her friends and family tremendously and was always cooking and baking for her grands and great-grands to whom of which she was known as “Gammie”.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Richard Lynes, sons, Malcolm Fabre, Willie Fabre, daughter, Tracy Fabre-Long; grandsons, Jess Fabre, Malcolm Fabre, Jr., Jamie Fabre, Dawson Kelly; granddaughters, Jessica Zegarelli, Alissa Kelly, Hunter Kelly, Harmony Kelly; Riley Merree (Fabre) and four great-grandchildren.
Services celebrating Phyllis’s life will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Ricky Bybee officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of services at 2:00 P.M.
