Thomas Mitchell “Tommy Wayne” Eubanks, 66, of East Palatka, passed away after an extended illness on Saturday, September 7, 2019. He was born in Palatka and graduated from Palatka Senior High School in 1971. Tommy worked 30 years as a lineman and superintendent with Florida Power and Light in Sebastian, FL. He was a member of Hastings Lodge # 183 F&AM and an active member of the Putnam County Shrine Club. Tommy loved the Gators, cooking, fishing and hunting and especially enjoyed time with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Tilton (Bill) and his father, Earl Eubanks (Dottie).
Tommy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Stephanie Eubanks of East Palatka, a son, Matthew Eubanks (Hillary) of Clewiston, 2 brothers, Kenny Eubanks (Susan) of East Palatka and Johnny Eubanks of Gainesville, a brother-in-law, Steve Richter (Julie) of East Palatka, 3 grandchildren, Wyatt, Brandon and Tucker and as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services celebrating Tommy’s life will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at San Mateo Presbyterian Church with Pastor Robert Mills officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to the San Mateo Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 57, San Mateo, FL 32187 or to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 12502 USF Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612.
